Job Description:
Service Technician.(Residential & Commercial) / Installers & Helpers

Forced Aire HVAC’s focus is on both residential & commercial repair and replacement. We currently need service technicians and installers with experience. 0-4 years experience needed, a desire to learn, good work ethic and strong moral values. Graduation from HVAC program, RGMA & EPA certifications a plus. Technician/Installer must have own tools. Technician / Installer must be able to properly perform heating and cooling diagnostic procedures, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.

Technician / Installer will be responsible to interact with residential and commercial customers, must have the ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service. Be able to complete paperwork necessary in documenting customer information along with completing work orders and proper billing.

Self-motivated, able to work independently with limited supervision, must be able to maintain work vehicle and equipment and maintain a professional appearance.

Technician Installer must have valid driver’s license and good MVR with no DUI.

Technician / Installer must be able to work some nights and weekends for on-call schedule.

Requires 0 to 48 months of HVAC experience Lifting – 20 to 50 LBS
