Lead Fence Installer

Responsibilities

• Installation of various styles of fence in the residential, commercial and government sectors.
• Lead crew of 2-5 members in the installation process.
• Dig post holes and set posts.
• Handle bags of concrete as well as concrete trucks.
• Haul and spread fence materials.
• Perform hand work of various nature to complete the fence project.
• Interact with customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Drive company trucks to and from jobsites.
• Safely operate company tools and equipment.

• Ability to lead others in a constructive and positive manner (team leader).
• Ability to communicate with customers in a positive and efficient manner.
• Ability to walk and work in uneven terrain while carrying 80 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to do demanding physical work in various terrains and under various weather conditions.
• Experience in fence installation is required.
• Spanish language skills a big plus.
• Welding skills a big plus.

• $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
