Licensed Journeyman Plumbers; Apprentices

BML Services is currently looking for motivated Journeyman Plumbers (& Apprentice Plumbers)

Journeyman Plumbers make between $36.00 and $42.00 per hour depending on experience. These wages can be negotiable through demonstration of the individuals knowledge, experience, work ethic, and level of responsibilities successfully taken on. Work vehicles provided for individuals capable of running their own projects. Additional incentives for plumbers with welding certifications

The right candidate will need to be comfortable working in both Commercial and Industrial environments. This individual would also need to be able to work with minimum supervision, be capable of having people working directly beneath them, and be capable of communicating directly and effectively with our customers in order to accomplish project goals and maintain a good working relationship.

Other Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting plumbing/mechanical blue prints, diagrams and equipment installation instructions.
• Planning, designing and performing the installation of complete plumbing and mechanical systems within a projects parameters and in compliance with the International Plumbing Code.
• Providing on-site direction, supervision and leadership for personnel in order to complete jobs within specific guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations.
• Material purchasing and management.
• Establishing and maintaining viable customer relations.

• Skill in planning, organizing, and executing plumbing/mechanical projects mandated by changing codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Ability to analyze plumbing/mechanical problems, devise, and carry out effective plans for the installation and remodel of plumbing/mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform assigned work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read, to understand, and to interpret plumbing/mechanical plans, circuit schematics and blueprints.
• As a good portion of our work is with the state or federal government, individuals need to be able to pass a background check.
