Automotive Mechanic

Lamoreaux Enterprises is a diverse organization with multiple business operations, including engineering, construction, land development, and mining. We are dedicated to maintaining our own fleet of vehicles and equipment to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operations.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on a wide range of our equipment and vehicle types, including automotive, diesel, farm, construction/mining heavy equipment and UTVs/ATVs. The position is part time with flexible hours, or as an independent contractor.

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Coordinate with departments to schedule and prioritize repairs and maintenance.
• Manage parts inventory and order necessary supplies.

• Must have heavy equipment experience, including diesel motors and hydraulics.
• Must be able to evacuate air/bleed diesel fuel and hydraulic systems.
• Proven experience as a mechanic, 10+ years experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
