• Conduct routine maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Perform assigned work tickets, including diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and performing system upgrades.
• Respond to emergency calls and provide full commitment to respond to clients at all hours, often requiring long hours and advanced problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot all facets of a refrigeration system, including equipment, valves, wiring, and control systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including maintenance schedules, repair logs, and parts inventories.
• Offer training and support to clients to ensure they understand how to operate and maintain their Clauger systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and peers regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Clauger equipment.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Continuously improve by staying up to date with the latest developments in Clauger technology and industry best practices to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Respond to emergency calls.
• Work unsupervised or with limited instruction.
• Maintain and manage truck inventory and/or job toolboxes in an accurate, neat, and orderly manner and adhere to vehicle maintenance program guidelines.

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Pass a physical examination and Respirator Fit Testing.
• Available to travel 25% of the time.
• Availability to be on call nights and/or weekends as required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and strong attention to detail.
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, handle tools and machinery safely, climb ladders, work at high elevations, and lift objects up to 75 pounds.
• Basic computer skills (electronic documentation).

• Clauger has four levels of technicians based on technical competency.

• EPA section 608 card.
