• Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects, ranging from two hours to two days in length.
• Communicate with customers to determine their needs and manage expectations about scope of work and costs.
• Deliver a great customer experience, following the Mr. Handyman Way.
• Self‑manage when working alone.
• Provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews and collecting payments.
• Use and maintain necessary tools, including technology.
• Document the job and follow the process of the Mr. Handyman Way.
• Wear proper personal protective equipment, including booties.

• Live within the service area.
• Have 8+ years of paid handyman experience.
• Own your own tools.
• Be insurable for driving the company vehicle.
• Pass a background and driving record check.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Be able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and care for the company‑provided vehicle.

As an experienced Handyman, you have strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following areas:

• Carpentry work
• Bathroom improvements
• Kitchen improvements
• Painting, both inside and out
• Drywall work, both minor and major repairs
• General plumbing and electrical, where allowed by law
• Floor installation and refurbishing
• Familiarity with building codes
