Position: Industrial Controls Electrician (Plant Maintenance)
A day in the life Morning in Ogden starts with your preventive maintenance list. You review work orders from the Maintenance Supervisor, grab your meter and wire-pulling gear, and head to a process line where a motor isn’t behaving. You trace circuits, verify compatibility and safety, and bring the system back online. After lunch, you install conduit, pull new wire to a controls panel, and update preventive maintenance records.

You finish by coaching a junior craftsperson on safe splicing techniques, tidying the work area, and returning tools and documentation to their designated spots.
