This is a 40 hour a week seasonal position

The Landscape Department is responsible for all WSU landscaping.

Experience with weeding, mulching, planting, pruning, trash removal, and other duties are necessary to be a successful member of the Landscape Department.

Required Qualifications

Experience with weeding, mulching, planting, pruning, and trash removal.

Basic Computer Skills.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

A valid Utah Driver License.

Physical Requirements of this position Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision. Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment. The conditions the worker will be subject to in this position.

The worker is subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. , The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside. , The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity.
