Operate motor grader to precisely level and shape earth materials;
Safely operate various heavy construction equipment (loaders, backhoes, track hoes, haul trucks, etc);
Detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly;
Prepare surfaces to achieve desired grade lines and cross-sections;
Perform routine site and road maintenance and coordinate with crew; complete pre/post-shift inspections and basic equipment maintenance
