Hourly Pay Rate $13.00 (FLSA)

Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. Reads, understands, and interprets blueprints, drawings, floor plans, schedules, and manufacturers operating and/or maintenance specifications as they relate to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and special equipment. May be called upon to assist other maintenance personnel in completion of work tasks including electricians, plumbers, maintenance technicians, etc.

Responds to requests for routine and emergency maintenance and service from building occupants.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Utah Driver License is a condition of employment.
