Maintenance Technician | Full-Time

WE DO PRE-EMPLOYMENT, RANDOMS, AND POST-ACCIDENT DRUG SCREENINGS

• Diagnose mechanical issues by observing equipment, listening for irregularities, and using precision testing tools
• Repair, replace, adjust, and fine-tune mechanical, electrical, and control components
• Partner with teams, employees, and contractors to coordinate repairs, projects, and preventive maintenance
• Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and anticipating needed parts and supplies
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Keep accurate logs, reports, and documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment — always

• 2–4 years of vocational training or equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical distribution, controls, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and follow schematics and blueprints
• Experience with HVAC, welding, instrumentation, PLCs, or automation systems (preferred)
• Ability to lift 60 lbs routinely and 100 lbs occasionally, with regular bending, stooping, and overhead work
• Flexibility to work various shifts and participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
