- Keep work areas clean and organized — enforce proper PPE use and follow safety protocols at all times
- Support field crews with material handling, tool management, and general labor as directed
- Participate in on-the-job training and any apprenticeship program coursework required by the company
- Willingness to learn the sheet metal trade and commit to a long-term career path
- Basic mechanical aptitude — comfortable working with tools and hands-on tasks
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform physical work in varying conditions (heat, heights, confined spaces)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Some prior construction, fabrication, or trades experience — any craft welcome
- Vocational or technical school coursework in HVAC, welding, or sheet metal
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic measuring
- OSHA 10 certification (construction) or ability to obtain
- Competitive starting pay — increases tied to skill development and progression
- Medical, dental, and vision
