About This RoleWe re hiring an experienced HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician for our Utah operations. This is a full-time field role focused on maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types.
What You ll Do- Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life.
- Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.
- Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
- Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps.
- Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions.
- Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy.
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC service role.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
- Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts.
- Valid driver s license and ability to travel to job sites.
- NATE certification or equivalent.
- Experience with digital service tools or mobile work order platforms.
- Up to $30/hour based on experience and qualifications.
