Shift: Saturday-Monday, 4:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hr + $2.00 shift differential

The Forklift Operator II is primarily responsible for safely operating complex powered material handling equipment—including High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp, and Double Fork Truck—for product receipt, storage, and order fulfillment. This position ensures product safety, quality, legality, and integrity.

• Full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders, and packaging components.
• Pallet retrieval and put‑away in narrow‑aisle bulk rack storage system.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Use of wire guidance systems for navigating narrow aisles where applicable.
• Loading and unloading of pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines, by hand or equipment.
• Sorting, building, and wrapping products with pallets to ensure compliance with customer expectations.
• Maintain accuracy of storage locations by performing daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance tasks.
• Perform other distribution work functions as needed due to business volume and need.
• Adhere to strict OSHA safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1+ years of daily power equipment operations (preferred); 6 months minimum required.
• Must meet all PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Ability to operate High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp, and Double Fork Truck.
• Comfortable working on equipment at extended heights.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong team player.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds.
