• Repair appliances, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and other critical equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals to guide repairs and installations effectively.
• Lead small maintenance projects or assist construction teams during facility upgrades or new installations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed.
• Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic procedures for various equipment types.
• Hands‑on experience with HVAC systems—including air conditioning units—and refrigeration technology is essential.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience is highly desirable for complex repair tasks or system upgrades.
