Dowbuilt is seeking a Foreman for high-end residential projects. The role acts as a bags-on lead carpenter and right hand to the site superintendent, reading plans and lining out subcontractors and crew to deliver top-quality craftsmanship.
You’ll lead with clear communication, supervise framing and coordination, and help create daily schedules while maintaining safety and documentation. 6+ years of framing experience and U.S. work authorization are required.
