Industrial Maintenance Technician

Full-Time | 5x8’s or 4x10s schedules available)

Compensation:
Up to $40/hour DOE + Overtime

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical (230/460V 3-phase), Low voltage 24v systems, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls issues.
• Install electrical services and equipment.
• Program/troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs when applicable.
• Maintain conveyors, pumps, boilers, piping, water systems, heat exchangers, packaging equipment, and material handling systems.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals.
• Respond to equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Promote continuous improvement and maintain a safe work environment.

• Industrial maintenance, electrician, millwright, heavy equipment, or related experience.
• Journeyman/Master Electrician license welcomed.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, welding, boilers, hydraulics, pneumatics, or heavy equipment is highly valued.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable team player with excellent communication and work ethic.

Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, lift, work at heights and in confined spaces, and safely operate industrial equipment including forklifts.
