Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment; reads, understands and interprets blueprints, drawings, floor plans, schedules, and manufacturer operating and maintenance specifications for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and special equipment; assists other maintenance personnel in completing work tasks such as those of electricians, plumbers, and maintenance technicians; and responds to requests for routine and emergency maintenance and service from building occupants.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid Utah Driver License.
- Background check passed.
