Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and equipment servicing to ensure optimal performance;
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective repair solutions;
Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments;
Perform routine maintenance on blown film machinery including extruders, dies, air rings, cooling systems, winders, and associated equipment;
Maintain accurate maintenance records and coordinate with production teams and external vendors as needed
