Laborer — Commercial Construction

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking construction laborer to join our crew. You’ll support skilled trades on active job sites — moving materials, digging and grading, setting up scaffolding, and keeping the site clean and safe.

• Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, demolition and jobsite cleaning.
• Assist carpenters and superintendents
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

• Prior construction or labor experience preferred, but we’ll train motivated beginners
• Ability to lift fifty pounds and work on your feet all day
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather

• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
• Dig, grade, and prepare ground for foundations, footings and concrete in general
• Assist carpenters and superintendents
• Set up and take down scaffolding, ladders, and safety barriers
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools like drills, saws, and jackhammers
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Help with site cleanup and debris removal at the during and at the end of each shift

• Clean MVR
• 18 yrs old or older
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass background check if needed.
• Able and willing to travel if needed.
