HVAC Installer

We are looking for Commercial HVAC Installers to join our team! Pay will vary, depending on experience as well as our largest project currently being a prevailing wage job (current rate $46.79 /hr + Fringe) We have commercial and multi-family new construction projects in both Ogden and Salt Lake City.

• Perform installation of HVAC related equipment following company policies and manufacturer’s specifications
• Carry out wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment
• Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering
• Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in commercial / industrial buildings and light residential
• Ensure connection of gas lines to heating equipment is properly done
• Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
• Create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with both superiors and co-workers
• Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets

• 2+ years HVAC experience is highly preferred, ideally, long term career seekers!
• Valid Driver’s License with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI's
• This position requires working in diverse conditions
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Have your own tools (tool purchase program available)
• Ability to follow directions and have a strong attention to detail
• Ability to complete all tasks in a timely manner, with minimal supervision
