Job SummaryMorning Operator 7:30 a.m.
- 12:30 p.m. M-F.
Individual will answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate party.
Individual may also be asked to perform minor office duties.
Must be available to work from 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. M-F.
This position offers great customer service experience, and has enough down time for employees to focus on homework and other tasks while on shift.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma
- Must be a current Weber State University student
- Must be able to work 25 hours a week
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience in customer service
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Punctual and reliable work ethic
- Work Study eligible
Operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, or position. Expressing or exchanging ideas. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important instructions to other workers accurately or quickly. Ability to receive detailed information with or without assistance. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Physical RequirementsSedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or consistently to move objects, including the human body. Sitting most of the time. Walking and standing only occasionally if ever.
Visual Acuity RequirementsIncluding color, depth perception and field of vision. Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
ConditionsNone. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
