Job Summary / Basic Function

Department of Visual Arts is hiring undraped figure drawing models for Figure Painting.

Required Qualifications

• Must be reliable and exhibit professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be comfortable with undraped modeling.

Physical Activity of this position

• Maintaining equilibrium to prevent falling.
• Walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces.
• Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
• Standing for sustained periods of time.
• Ability to receive detailed information with or without assistance.

Physical Requirements of this position

• Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
• Use of arm and/or leg controls requiring exertion of forces greater than sedentary work.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision.

Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
