WB Games Avalanche
- Senior Designer, Gameplay Avalanche Software, a division of Warner Brothers Games Inc. seeks a senior level gameplay designer. Join the team who created Hogwarts Legacy, a new open world, action RPG set in the Wizarding World.

• Design and implement verbs for both synchronous and asynchronous multiplayer gameplay
• Collaborate with fellow designers, artists, and engineers under the direction of the Lead Gameplay Designer
• Tune and balance gameplay elements
• Participate in regular playtests, provide and receive constructive feedback
• Maintain useful documentation of your designs and ensure there is always a single source of truth

• 5+ years of professional experience in a design role
• At least one shipped title in a professional design role; self-published independent projects for associate candidates
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency with Unreal Engine5, especially the gameplay ability system and blueprints
• Passion for games, a positive attitude, and a sincere desire to learn

• Familiarity with one or more programming languages, especiallyC++
• Deep knowledge of the online RPG genre

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $69,252.00 - $ salary per year.

Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
