Schedule

Monday, Thursday – Saturday: 10:00 pm – 10:00 am, a 4‑5 day work week with 10‑12 hour shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

Base rate: $32.70–$35.70 per hour, based on experience, education, function, location, and other applicable factors. Overtime compensation applies as applicable. Benefits start day one and may include health insurance, pre‑tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short‑term and long‑term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
  • Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two‑wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place them in designated customer storage areas.
  • Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures.
  • Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
  • Perform professional customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • Conduct all pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspections.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull 20–80 + lb of product repetitively during each shift.
  • Drive and work in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
Required Qualifications
  • Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
  • Minimum age 21.
  • Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • Minimum 6 months commercial driving experience (any industry) or 3 months in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
  • Manual‑transmission operation preferred; may be required in specific locations.
  • Ability to read and communicate in English, including conversations, understanding highway traffic signs and signals, responding to official inquiries, and entering information on reports and records.
