About the Role:

Sky Share is hiring experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) to support our growing, mixed fleet of turbine aircraft. These roles are critical to maintaining fleet availability, safety, and operational excellence across our SLC and OGD maintenance bases.

This position is ideal for technicians who are confident working across multiple aircraft platforms, value clean documentation and regulatory compliance, and bring a steady, solutions-focused presence to the hangar.

The Mission for this Position:
Your mission is to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and document aircraft maintenance and alterations in accordance with 14 CFR regulations, manufacturer guidance, and Sky Share’s General Maintenance Manual.

You will perform hands-on maintenance across a premium fleet that includes Gulfstream, Embraer, Pilatus, Citation, and other turbine platforms, while serving as a technical leader on your shift. Your expertise will ensure fleet airworthiness, drive maintenance quality and consistency, support mentorship of technicians, and uphold a safe, organized, and efficient maintenance operation.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as Afternoon Shift Lead, directing daily workflow and supervising maintenance technicians to ensure safe, compliant, and timely task execution

Prioritize, assign, and monitor maintenance activities based on operational demands and aircraft readiness goals

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and real-time troubleshooting support to technicians and apprentices

Review and verify completed work for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and documentation integrity prior to aircraft release

Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Flight Operations, and Parts to align shift priorities and minimize downtime

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbine and turboprop aircraft

Troubleshoot mechanical and avionics discrepancies using sound judgment and a solutions-focused approach

Ensure all maintenance is completed in accordance with 14 CFR regulations and Sky Share standards

Accurately document maintenance actions using digital tracking and scheduling systems

Provide maintenance support at SLC, OGD, and remote on-call locations as required

Foster a positive, professional, and accountable hangar culture
