We have an immediate opening for a heavy duty truck shop administrative assistant at our captive maintenance facility located at US Foods truck shop on 31st in Odgen, UT
ResponsibilitiesWriting service invoices for diesel technicians, opening & closing purchase orders, making parts orders & maintaining part inventory, and have competent computer skills (Excel, Word & Enrich shop software is a real plus).You will also be receiving & make numerous phone call throughout the day. An understanding of truck shop terminology is also an advantage.
QualificationsMust have a strong work history, desire to show up for work and an ability work with diesel technicians.
