Warehouse Associate Level III
We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily warehouse operation while ensuring inventory accuracy, shipping efficiency, safety compliance, and employee development.
Responsibilities- Supervise 5–10 warehouse associates
- Coordinate shipping and receiving
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts
- Train and coach employees
- Ensure OSHA compliance
- Improve warehouse processes
- Support the Branch Operations Manager
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Industrial distribution or logistics experience
- Forklift experience
- Inventory control
- ERP/WMS experience
- Hands‑on leadership style
