Days, 4x10
Float Requirements:
Will need to be at Gateway as a full time resource
On Call/Call Back Requirements:
On call 2-3 nights per week rotating every 3rd weekend. 30 minute response time.
Weekend/Holiday Requirements:
Every 3rd weekend call is from Friday 5pm CST Monday 0630 CST. Will rotate through upcoming Holidays on the team they are placed on
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IN license and ARRT
Minimum Experience:
MUST HAVE CATH LAB EXPERIENCE- 2 years experience preferably
Charting/Equipment: EPIC/CUPID , GE Mac Lab/Cardio Lab
Required skills:
Cardiac:
Diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and Interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including supply and equipment usage such as: PTCA/Stent, Shockwave IVL, Rotapro Atherectomy, CSI Atherectomy, IABP, Impella CP, IVUS(Philips), iFR/FFR(High volume, High priority)
Vascular for Gateway Campus: EKOS Thrombolysis, INARI Thrombectomy (low volume/low priority)
Neurovascular:
Diagnostic/Interventional Neurovascular procedures (low priority)
