Schedule:

Full Time, Days- (Three 12 hour shifts 9a-930p Thursday through Sunday) Any 3 days during these 4 days.

What we're looking for

Applicants should be a graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing. Additional requirements include:

* Reports to:

Assessment Manager/Supervisor FLSA
- None Exempt

* Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred

* Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.

* Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
