Bilingual Store Associate

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Bilingual Store Associate to support customers and retail operations in our Retail sector. In this role, you will greet and assist customers in English and another language, recommend paints, coatings, and supplies, and process sales transactions accurately. You'll help mix and tint paint, maintain store merchandising and inventory, and ensure a clean, safe environment. Collaborating with teammates, you'll learn our products through hands-on experience and training, support order pick-up for professional and retail customers, and embody our culture of diversity, inclusion, growth, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in English and a second language, identifying needs and recommending solutions
• Provide product knowledge and guidance on paints, coatings, and related supplies
• Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using POS systems
• Mix and tint paint to customer specifications and ensure quality standards
• Maintain merchandising, restock shelves, and organize store displays
• Support inventory control through receiving, labeling, and cycle counts
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized sales floor and tint area
• Assist professional and retail customers with order pick-up and loading
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales and service goals
• Participate in ongoing training to build product and safety knowledge
