Kaiser Aluminum Warrick Operations is hiring an Industrial Electrician to support our teams and their families. The role focuses on maintaining heavy industrial equipment and driving continuous improvement while maintaining a strong safety culture.

• Maintain heavy industrial machinery, including AC‑DC motors, combustion systems, metering, air conditioning, power distribution, electronics process control computers, welding, conduit, and schematics.
• Apply continuous improvement practices such as 5S, RCA, and LEAN.
• Follow safety‑first principles and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work full shift, be punctual, and be available for overtime as needed.
• Perform duties according to the required schedule, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work off‑shift as required.

• 3 years of experience maintaining heavy industrial machinery, or completion of an approved apprenticeship program, or a 2‑year technical associate degree.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Willingly pass hands‑on testing during the hiring process.

• Starting wage of $37.43 per hour plus shift differential.
