We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with operations experience to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth financial and operations of our company. The ideal cnadidate will have a strong background in billing, pricing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle billing and invoicing processes accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in pricing strategies and ensure all pricing data is up to date.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing payments and collections.
• Support the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial operations run smoothly.
• Perform other accounting and operational processes as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations role.
• Strong understanding of billing, pricing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Proficiency in accounting and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
