Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Accounting Manager to join our client's dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and delivering exceptional financial reporting services. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, UK GAAP).
• Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate audits and compliance processes.
• Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and controls to enhance service delivery.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and service excellence.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with a strong background in corporate accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services or corporate services sector.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management and development.
