Accounts Receivable: Cash Application Specialist

Kalmbach Feeds is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cash Application) to join our Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will embody our core values—

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work with internal and external customers, ensuring customer payments are applied and deposited in a timely manner, providing accurate and detailed records, and proactively maintaining customer balances.

• Cash Application Duties
• Accurately post daily cash, checks, ACH, and credit card payments, while ensuring confidentiality and security of all files
• Initiate and manage ACH payment setups, automatic and manual
• Process and maintain secure customer banking information
• Reconcile payments and apply to customer accounts
• Run and review daily banking and payment reports

• Team player who cares deeply about customer service and collaboration

• Self‑motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable navigating a variety of systems and processes
• Working on‑site daily in our corporate office in Upper Sandusky, OH
• Minimum of High School Diploma required (1-2 years of accounting experience preferred)
• Proficient in Windows-based software programs
