Location: Pioneer
Accounts Payable Responsibilities
- Maintenance of invoice register and process invoices
- Process supplier batch payments / ad-hoc supplier payments
- Perform supplier balance reconciliation
- Prepare accrual listing for month end closing
- Perform AP month end closing
- Check import/export permits, including preparing monthly MES declaration summary report
- Assist in annual audit (related to own scope)
- Filing of documents on a timely basis
- Diploma in Accounting or A levels with working experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of accounting experience
