Job Title: Cost Accountant
Location: Akron & Solon, OH area
Schedule: Full-Time Opportunities
Pay: $21–$45/hr (based on experience)

We are actively seeking experienced Cost Accountants for multiple opportunities.

If you have a strong background in cost accounting and enjoy working closely with operations to drive profitability, we want to connect with you.

Responsibilities

Maintain and analyze standard costing systems
Track and evaluate material, labor, and overhead costs
Perform variance analysis and identify cost drivers
Support month-end close (journal entries, reconciliations)
Monitor and reconcile inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
Partner with plant leadership to improve cost efficiency
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience
Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory, and variance analysis
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.) preferred
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
