To support our development, we are recruiting a:

Junior Accountant F/H

In a permanent contract, you will be based at our headquarters in Saran (45).

Reporting to the Enterprise Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for the following missions:

Management:

• Management of orders related to overhead costs
• Reference and update of suppliers and subcontractors in the database
• Checking the administrative compliance of subcontracting contracts and ACTRADIS files
• Processing and follow-up of expense reports
• Follow-up and administrative management of the vehicle fleet
• Support and assistance to operational teams on administrative and accounting aspects

Supplier Accounting:

• Receipt of supplier invoices and integration via digitalization
• Accounting and verification of invoices (equipment, subcontracting, overhead costs…)
• Follow-up of the validation circuit of invoices
• Follow-up of supplier advances
• Follow-up of supplier disputes
• Preparation of payment of supplier invoices and follow-up
• Launch of supplier payments

Client Accounting:

• Receipt of customer orders and registration
• Issuance, verification and sending of customer invoices
• Follow-up of unpaid invoices and management of reminders

Start Date: September

A rigorous, organized and dynamic profile, holder of a Bac+2 in accounting or with 2 to 3 years of experience as an accountant (apprenticeship is appreciated).

Comfortable with computer tools, especially Excel (SAP would be a plus), you know how to adapt to various interlocutors, manage your priorities and work independently, with a real sense of customer service.
