- Create invoices for clients outlining expenses.
- Enter all client accounting transactions.
- Enter daily cash receipts and disbursements.
- Assist with preparing financial statements.
- Deposit incoming checks into the system.
- Prior experience in an accounting role.
- Knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- General ledger experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
Salary Range: $40,000 – $46,000 based on experience. This is an in-office position.
