- Prepare and post monthly journal entries while supporting month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate account variances
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting procedures
- Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
- Support inventory accounting, cost analysis, and operational variance reporting as needed
- Maintain fixed asset records including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals
- Assist with external audit preparation and auditor requests
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and internal control enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and administrative teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP principles
- Experience with inventory, manufacturing, or cost accounting preferred
- ERP system experience required; manufacturing ERP exposure is a plus
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or operational accounting environments
- Exposure to inventory accounting, standard costing, or variance analysis
- Prior experience supporting audits
- CPA certification or active CPA-track preferred but not required
