Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk
Location: On-site in Fairlawn, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $37,440 – $41,600 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities of an AP Clerk:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Match invoices to purchase orders and verify approvals

• Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments

• Ensure proper coding of invoices to the general ledger

Qualifications of an AP Clerk:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (associate degree in accounting a plus)

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
