We're seeking an experienced Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations for a growing manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedule
- Lead job costing and manufacturing cost analysis
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain strong internal controls and support audit
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finan
- ce5+ years of accounting leadership experience, preferably in manufacturi
- Strong understanding of job costing, financial reporting, and GA
