We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to support daily business operations for a contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who can balance administrative coordination, accounts receivable activities, and office support in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong organization, sound judgment, and advanced spreadsheet skills to help keep workflows accurate and on schedule.

This role will be responsible for managing order entry, monitoring order status, maintaining aging reports, applying cash receipts, and handling accounts receivable functions within Sage Pro. Additional responsibilities may include supporting HR onboarding and applicant tracking processes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer order entry and ensure timely updates
• Follow up on orders to confirm status, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction
• Prepare, review, and manage aging reports
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile accounts receivable transactions
• Perform AR activities using Sage Pro
• Assist with HR onboarding documentation and applicant tracking support, as needed
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, prepare reports, and support daily operations
