Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Fully Onsite - Columbus, OH
Salary: $54,000 - $62,000

• Work closely with finance leadership and gain broad exposure to accounting processes.
• High-visibility role with regular interaction across departments and vendor relationships.

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and review expense reports and journal entries.
• Support month-end close activities and accounting team initiatives.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.
• Prior full cycle accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
