Payroll Specialist

Securitas Technology is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payroll for a multi-state workforce supporting our security and life safety operations. In this role, you will process full-cycle payroll, reconcile time and attendance data, and maintain compliance with wage, hour, and tax regulations. You'll collaborate with HR and Finance, resolve employee payroll inquiries, and support audits and reporting. Responsibilities

• Process accurate, timely multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Reconcile time and attendance data and resolve discrepancies before payroll runs
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage, hour, and tax regulations
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide high-quality support
• Prepare payroll reports for HR, Finance, and leadership
• Support month-end and year-end payroll close and general ledger reconciliation
• Assist with payroll audits and maintain accurate payroll records
• Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and employee changes
• Identify and implement process improvements in payroll operations
