Payroll Specialist

Securitas Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to process multi-state payroll for our professional, scientific, and technical workforce. You will manage end-to-end payroll cycles, validate time and attendance data, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and reconcile payroll-related accounts. Partner with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and deliver accurate reporting. Responsibilities

• Process accurate, timely multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly employees
• Validate time and attendance data and resolve discrepancies with managers and HREnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations
• Administer payroll deductions, benefits, and garnishments
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare regular payroll reports
• Support internal and external payroll, tax, and SOX audits
• Maintain employee payroll records and protect confidential information
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on process improvements and integrations
• Troubleshoot payroll system issues and assist with enhancements
