Accounts Payable Clerk - Short-term

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Support Clerk to manage, execute, andbe responsible for all payment processes, checks, credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers. In addition, you will participate in the month-end closing process.

This assignment will end between November, and the end of year and work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 or 5 p.m.

• Prepare accounts payable checks according to policies and payment procedures
• Process and review purchase orders and vendor invoices ensuring proper account coding and approvals
• Prepare and run all accounts payable reports, analysis of accounts, and maintain all accounts payable files
• Administer the business office petty cash fund and reimbursements according to policies
• Assist with the monthly closing process, including account reconciliations and analysis
• Handle assigned special departmental projects and track and report on capital expenditures
• Perform other duties as assigned
