Target Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus

• Join an expanding organization with assets across 18 states and the opportunity to help shape its continued success.
• Work closely with executive leadership and contribute to strategic decisions involving investments, operational improvements, and business expansion.
• Lead accounting operations across multiple entities while enhancing processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
• Build expertise across financial reporting, treasury management, compliance, systems administration, and operational finance.

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Oversee multi-entity accounting operations, reconciliations, treasury activities, and lender reporting.
• Administer and optimize accounting systems, including Sage Intacct, APX, Ramp, and related integrations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit support activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team while supporting process improvements and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a nice plus.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in financial reporting, month-end close, treasury management, and multi-entity accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
