Controller
Target Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 + Bonus

- Work closely with executive leadership and contribute to strategic decisions involving investments, operational improvements, and business expansion.
- Lead accounting operations across multiple entities while enhancing processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
- Build expertise across financial reporting, treasury management, compliance, systems administration, and operational finance.
- Enjoy a collaborative workplace that values professional development, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including financial statement preparation and reporting.
- Oversee multi-entity accounting operations, reconciliations, treasury activities, and lender reporting.
- Administer and optimize accounting systems, including Sage Intacct, APX, Ramp, and related integrations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit support activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team while supporting process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a nice plus.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong background in financial reporting, month-end close, treasury management, and multi-entity accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
