Staff Accountant
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid schedule)
• Exposure to multiple business units and accounting operations
• Opportunity to work closely with plant controllers and finance leaders
• Broad accounting responsibilities that build well-rounded experience
• High visibility role with meaningful ownership of key processes

• Hands-on involvement in cash management and financial reporting activities
• Perform account reconciliations and research variances
• Prepare and post journal entries, including debits and credits
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Manage accruals, prepaids, approvals, and related accounting activities
• Assist with cash management and financial reporting support
• 2+ years of general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting
• Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close processes
• Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
• Experience with accruals, prepaids, or cash management is preferred
